Winters Tale Country Barn is a lovely wedding venue based in Buckinghamshire, a short 30 minute drive from our base in Milton Keynes. It a stunning barn based wedding venue able to hold your wedding ceremony either in doors or outdoors and caters for up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast with the option of a further 80 guests joining you for the evening party.

The venue is private hire, meaning the only people at your wedding will be those you’ve invited to take part in your wedding day. There is on site accommodation for the bridal party so you can get ready there in the morning and a second option of accommodation for some loved ones to stay with you. Which is always nice as you can walk back to your accommodation after the end of your wedding day. There are local hotels and B&B’s should any of your wedding guests wish to stay over night.

The barn itself is stunning with floor to ceiling windows that allow the light to spill in all day, this room forms the setting for your ceremony and wedding breakfast. Behind the barn you’ll find a marque for extra space for your wedding guests, and an open field which is perfect for some garden games. You are also able to make use of the farmhouse as a lovely backdrop for couple’s photos and the secret garden.

If you choose to get married at a Winters Tale Country Barn we know the venue well and can work with you to ensure we capture the images you’re hoping for. We’ll discuss your timings with you before the wedding day and plan when to take your group and couple’s photos. Because there are always two of us photographing your wedding we’ll be sure to capture lots of candid and detail photo’s for you as well, throughout the day.

While your enjoying your meal we’ll work on creating your same day slide show, so you have images to view on your wedding day, something we always like to do when time allows. After your wedding day we’ll work to carefully hand edit your wedding photos ready for you to view in your gallery. We can then work together to create your wedding album. Your wedding album will become something you treasure so we work together to ensure the layout and fabric choice is exactly as you would like before ordering and delivering your wedding album.
