Yes — Chicheley Hall is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, meaning you can host your entire day in one location if you wish.

Ceremonies usually take place inside the Hall in one of the elegant licensed rooms, surrounded by original features and soft natural light. The rooms feel intimate and romantic rather than formal, which works beautifully for emotional, personal ceremonies.

Some couples choose to have a church ceremony instead, often at St Lawrence’s Church, which is very close by, before returning to Chicheley Hall for their reception.

Venue hire & packages

Chicheley Hall’s wedding packages (often called the Manor Package) include exclusive use of the manor house, gardens and a number of bedrooms for your wedding night. Based on their 2025–2028 pricing structure:

• Off-peak (Jan–Apr & Oct–Dec):

  • From around £6,990 midweek / £8,990 Friday / £9,990 Saturday / £7,287 Sunday

• Peak (May–Sept):

  • Around £7,790 midweek / £9,800 Friday / £10,990–£11,150+ Saturday / £7,990 Sunday
    (Prices shown for a year like 2026; similar range for 2027/2028 with modest increases) 

These packages usually include:

• Exclusive use of the Manor House and formal gardens

• A 3-course wedding breakfast for a set number of guests

• Prosecco for toasting & evening food options

• A dedicated wedding coordinator

• Use of some bedrooms (e.g., Manor House rooms & honeymoon suite)

  Additional costs to consider

• Additional day guests: usually charged per person (e.g., ~£119–£129 adult supplement) 

• Evening guests / buffet options: extra cost depending on menu choices (e.g., buffet / pizza / hog roast) 

• Registrar / ceremony fees (usually separate from venue hire) 

• Styling, flowers, stationary and other suppliers are not included.

What does that mean overall?

For most couples, a full day wedding at Chicheley Hall — including venue hire, catering for your guests, drinks, and basic package extras — tends to fall into a £10,000 – £20,000+ range before extras and guest count are added. Larger guest numbers, lavish menus or premium enhancements can push that higher. 

The venue also offers flexibility — you can choose to add a marquee on the lawns for up to around 600 guests for very large celebrations, or tailor food & guest packages depending on your needs.

Chicheley Hall has ample on-site parking for wedding guests, located close to the main building. Guests don’t need to worry about street parking or long walks from overflow areas, which helps the day feel relaxed from the moment people arrive.

Accessibility

As a historic Grade I listed building, Chicheley Hall does have some natural limitations, but the venue team are very experienced at supporting guests with additional needs.
