Dodford Manor is a barn based wedding venue in Dodford Northampton, just down the road from us. Dodford manor is an exclusive use barn wedding venue able to cater for 30-170 wedding guests, meaning the venue can cater for both intimate and larger weddings. The venue has two barns for your use and a bridal preparation area for your use on your wedding day.

The barn where your ceremony takes place has a balcony which looks down onto your wedding ceremony, which offers the opportunity for some unique photos during your ceremony. It’s also a great spot for your wedding photographer to take any large group photos from if the weather is not good enough to allow outside photos.

The second barn where your wedding reception takes place is filled with light thanks to the large windows, giving the barn a bright and open feeling and stunning views onto the countryside. There is a dedicated space at one end of the barn for your evening dancing with space for your DJ and/or band to set up.

There is also plenty of outside space for you and your guests to explore and relax in. In the summer the smell of lavender fills the gardens, while your guests relax and enjoy drinks. You can also take a walk across the fields and take in the views and sunset. All of this also gives you plenty of opportunities to capture stunning backdrops for your wedding day photos.

From our point of view, this is a venue we know well as it’s very local to our base in Milton Keynes so we have photographed many weddings here, meaning we know the staff and the venue well. We’ll be able to show you sample albums of previous weddings at the venue to help you picture your own wedding and act as a base to discuss any must have photos you would like on your wedding day.
